SOL Day 14// getting cereal

SOL day 14  I wanted cereal, so I went to the kitchen. As I walked to the kitchen I could here my dad asking me what I was doing. I told him that I  wanted to eat cereal. So knowing him, he gave the cereal bag and told me “ There, eat your cereal” i told him there was no milk, so he gave me the carton of milk and told me to take a bite of cereal and drink the milk because he didn’t want any dirty dishes.  ðŸ˜‚

SOL Day 8 /Cooking

Sol day 8      Today, I came home from school and my dad told me that I had to cook food. I grabbed the chorizo and put it into the burning pan. I cut up the meat and began to stir the food. After that I added a bit of oil into the pan, I heard it sizzling and the smell was delicious. After that was cooked I lowered the heat on the stove to a 1 and walked to the porch to grab a can of beans. As soon as I opened it I poured it into the same pan as the chorizo. I raised the heat, as soon as it started sizzling again I grabbed a spoon and started mixing everything together. I heard my spoon scrape against the pan and the smell was flavorful. As soon as everything was cooked I poured the the frijoles con chorizo into a nice bowl and served it for my whole family.

Quarter 1 reflection 📚😱

I did meet my goals this year. I read as many books as possible, I got good grades, turned things in on time, and did extra work. I noticed that I might have to work on a few things but over all I did really good. Some of the goals I gave myself were getting all three’s and four’s, reading as many books as possible, turn in my homework on time, and asking for extra work to do.
