SOL day 13     I was getting kind of hungry, so I got up and went to the kitchen.  I looked in the fridge and found nothing. So, I went to the porch and grabbed some bread, then went back to the fridge and grabbed peanut butter and jelly. I grabbed a butter knife and opened the peanut butter. After that, I spread it on the bread and opened the jelly. As I was spreading the jelly I could hear my little sister in background singing very loud, it was kind of annoying to be honest. Once I finished, I grabbed my sandwich and went back to my room. 

SOL DAY 12         Today I came home from school and I was starving. I looked in the fridge and there was nothing to eat, so I went to the porch and grabbed a maruchan. I opened it and added added boiling hot water into the cup. I waited 3 to 5 minutes for my soup to be ready. As I was waiting I could already smell the soup. I walked back and fourth in the kitchen waiting for it to be ready. As soon as the time was up, I opened it I could see the steam coming out of the cup. It was burning hot so I put it in the fridge for a few and then took it back out. As soon as it was ready to eat I grabbed a fork and began to to eat. 

SOL Day 11              Today around 7:30pm my mom, dad, sister and I went to the park. As we were walking I felt a cold gust of wing hit my face. I heard the leaves crunch as  I walked over them. When we got there I started to play with my little sister. We played tag, went down the slides, and pushed her on the swings. As the minutes went by I felt more and more colder. My nose and ears were cold as the strong winds hit my face. As we walked back home I heard the sound of leaves rustling on the floor, cars coming and going, and the sound of my parents talking. When we finally got home I took my shoes off, showered and went to bed.  I was glad to be home because I was exhausted from all that walking and running. 

SOL Day 10     So today, I had to wash the dishes. I rolled up my sleeves, grabbed the sponge, and squeezed soap onto the sponge. As I turned on the water, I grabbed a plate and and started to scrub the dirty dishes and spoons. As I was washing dishes I heard the sound of my little sister running up and down the halls and around the kitchen. Once I finished washing the plates, I put them on a rack and continued to wash. I grabbed a spoon and washed with  hot water, I saw the  steam going up. After I finished washing dishes I turned off the hot water and dried my wet hands.     

SOL Day 9      So, today after I came home and I had to vacuum. I grabbed it by the handle and unwrapped the cord from the vacuum and plugged it into the outlet in the kitchen. I turned it on and started to clean. As I was vacuuming I heard the faint noise of the T.V. and I also heard the wheels of the vacuum rubbing against the floor as I went back and fourth to pick up the tiny crumbs and dust off the floor. After that, I moved to the dining room and cleaned up. I moved the heavy chairs off the floor to clean up underneath the table. Once I finished,  I unplugged the vacuum and moved to the living room. I felt a cold breeze as moved to the living room. The window was open. I began to vacuum the dusty floor. 

Sol day 8      Today, I came home from school and my dad told me that I had to cook food. I grabbed the chorizo and put it into the burning pan. I cut up the meat and began to stir the food. After that I added a bit of oil into the pan, I heard it sizzling and the smell was delicious. After that was cooked I lowered the heat on the stove to a 1 and walked to the porch to grab a can of beans. As soon as I opened it I poured it into the same pan as the chorizo. I raised the heat, as soon as it started sizzling again I grabbed a spoon and started mixing everything together. I heard my spoon scrape against the pan and the smell was flavorful. As soon as everything was cooked I poured the the frijoles con chorizo into a nice bowl and served it for my whole family.
